Affiliate & Commercial Disclosure

TradersGrowth may earn revenue from:

• purchases and subscriptions for TradersGrowth products and services;
• commissions, referral fees, revenue share or other commercial compensation from third-party providers;
• commercial partnerships, campaigns, listings or other agreed arrangements.

Third-party providers may include brokers, prop firms, trading technology providers, software providers and other businesses relevant to traders.

The commercial arrangement may differ between providers.

Some users are introduced to TradersGrowth by an approved Affiliate or Strategic Partner.

If you access TradersGrowth through a referral link, referral code or another approved referral method, your TradersGrowth account may be attributed to that Partner in accordance with our Partner Terms.

The referring Partner may receive commission from commercial activity generated through your relationship with TradersGrowth, including purchases of TradersGrowth products or services and, where applicable, revenue generated through third-party providers.

This allows Partners to refer traders into the broader TradersGrowth ecosystem rather than requiring a separate affiliate relationship for every individual product or provider.

Referral attribution does not give a Partner access to your private TradersGrowth account information. More information about data handling is available in our Privacy Policy.

TradersGrowth may receive compensation when users:

• register with;
• purchase from;
• subscribe to;
• activate an account with; or
• otherwise use

a third-party provider introduced or featured through TradersGrowth.

This means TradersGrowth may have a commercial interest in certain products, services or providers shown on the Platform.

Commercial relationships may affect whether a provider or offer is available, featured or promoted on TradersGrowth.

Where content or placement is specifically sponsored or paid for, it is always clearly labelled.

A commercial relationship does not mean that a product or provider will necessarily be suitable for every trader.

TradersGrowth does not claim that every provider available in the market is included on the Platform.

Information, comparisons and recommendations may take into account factors such as product characteristics, user relevance, availability, commercial relationships and other criteria considered appropriate by TradersGrowth.

You should consider the terms, costs, risks and regulatory status of a third-party provider before deciding whether to use its services.

People or businesses promoting TradersGrowth may receive commission or another commercial benefit as a result of their relationship with us.

Affiliates and Partners are required to disclose their commercial relationship with TradersGrowth where required by applicable advertising or consumer-protection law.

They must not make misleading statements, guarantee trading profits or present themselves as providing financial advice on behalf of TradersGrowth.

Third-party products and services are provided by the relevant third party and are subject to that provider’s own:

• terms and conditions;
• pricing;
• eligibility requirements;
• privacy policy;
• regulatory status; and
• risk disclosures.

A commercial relationship with TradersGrowth does not make TradersGrowth the provider of that third-party product or service.

Where a financial service is regulated, users should independently verify the provider’s regulatory status before opening an account or using the service.

TradersGrowth is not a broker and does not hold or manage client funds or execute trades on behalf of users.
