Terms of Service

TradersGrowth is an educational and informational platform for retail traders. It provides trading education content, a personal Trader Profile, personalised recommendations, market updates, community content, and a marketplace of third-party trading-related products and services (such as brokers, prop firms, and trading tools). Some parts of the Platform, including Live Trading sessions and Trading Signals, are being progressively rolled out and may not yet be available to all accounts.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for keeping it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tradersgrowth.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

TradersGrowth is an educational and informational service. Nothing on the Platform - including Trader Profile recommendations, Growth Plan content, market updates, Trading Signals, community content, or Marketplace listings - is or should be treated as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or as a personal recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

Any decision to trade, open an account with a third party, or act on information found on the Platform is made entirely at your own discretion and risk. You should seek independent, licensed financial advice before making any trading or investment decision.

Trading foreign exchange, precious metals such as gold, CFDs, and other leveraged financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You can lose some or all of your invested capital, and losses can exceed deposited funds where leverage is involved. Past performance is not indicative of future results. TradersGrowth does not guarantee any trading outcome, profit, level of skill improvement, or result from using the Platform, including from following a Growth Plan, educational content, or Trading Signals. Any examples, case studies, or illustrative figures shown on the Platform are for educational purposes only and are not a promise of similar results.

Where made available to your account, Live Trading sessions and Trading Signals are educational and informational in nature. They reflect the views, analysis, or activity of the individuals or systems producing them at a point in time and are not personalised advice. You remain solely responsible for any trading decision you make, including whether and how to act on a signal or session.

The Marketplace and Compare pages let you discover third-party brokers, prop firms, platforms, and tools. These third parties are independent of TradersGrowth. We do not control, and are not responsible for, their products, services, terms, execution, custody of your funds, or regulatory status. Any agreement you enter with a third party is directly between you and that third party, subject to their own terms.

TradersGrowth may receive compensation when you register or purchase through certain links on the Platform. This does not change the price you pay and does not, on its own, determine how providers are ranked or described. See our Affiliate Disclosure for further detail.

Certain current or future features of the Platform may require payment or a paid subscription. Where applicable, pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation terms will be shown to you before you pay, and a separate payment-specific policy will apply. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other accounts, or underlying systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Platform's infrastructure.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell Platform content without permission.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with TradersGrowth or any partner.
• Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to others.

The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, educational content, and underlying software, is owned by or licensed to TradersGrowth and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial trading education purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Platform, or where required by law. You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time by contacting us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradersGrowth and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, trading losses, or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, or from any third-party product or service accessed through it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by email or an in-Platform notice). Continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
