Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use TradersGrowth.

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
• information you provide is accurate and current;
• you are using the Platform lawfully;
• your use of the Platform is permitted in the country where you are located.

Some products, services or third-party offers may not be available in every country.

We may restrict access where necessary because of legal, regulatory, provider, sanctions, security or other legitimate requirements.

TradersGrowth is a trading-focused ecosystem that may provide access to services and functionality including:

• trading education;
• educational market content;
• Trading Journal and analytics tools;
• Signals and trade ideas;
• Live Trading educational sessions;
• trading tools and resources;
• comparisons;
• third-party products and services;
• partner offers;
• communities;
• subscriptions and other digital products.

Products and features may be introduced, changed or removed as the Platform develops.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, trading-related information available through TradersGrowth is provided for general educational and informational purposes.

It is not personalised investment, financial, legal or tax advice.

TradersGrowth does not assess your individual:

• financial circumstances;
• investment objectives;
• experience;
• knowledge;
• portfolio;
• risk tolerance.

You remain responsible for your own financial and trading decisions.

Nothing on TradersGrowth guarantees a particular trading or financial outcome.

Please read our Trading Risk Disclosure before using trading-related content or services.

TradersGrowth may use the term “Signals” to describe educational trade ideas, market observations and trading examples.

Signals and similar content are intended primarily for:

• learning;
• demonstration;
• understanding trading setups;
• observing market analysis;
• demo trading;
• paper trading.

They are not instructions to place a live trade and are not personalised recommendations made for an individual user.

Live Trading sessions are similarly intended to demonstrate market analysis, decision-making, trading processes and risk-management concepts in an educational environment.

TradersGrowth does not:

• decide whether you should enter a trade;
• determine the appropriate trade size for you;
• manage your trading portfolio;
• exercise discretion over your trading account;
• automatically execute Signals on your behalf;
• place trades on your behalf.

If you independently choose to use information obtained through TradersGrowth when trading real funds, you do so at your own discretion and risk.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

You may need a TradersGrowth account to access some parts of the Platform.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining accurate account information;
• keeping your login credentials secure;
• activity carried out through your account;
• notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must not:

• share account access where the relevant product is licensed for individual use;
• sell or transfer your account without our permission;
• create accounts using false information;
• create duplicate accounts to circumvent restrictions, trials, referral rules or payments;
• access another person’s account without authorisation.

We may require additional verification where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, product eligibility or legal compliance.

Some TradersGrowth products are free and others require payment.

Products may include:

• one-time purchases;
• recurring subscriptions;
• limited-duration access;
• trials;
• beta access;
• bundled services;
• individually priced products.

The applicable price, access period and material product conditions will be shown before purchase or activation.

Purchasing one product does not automatically give access to every TradersGrowth product unless the offer expressly states that it does.

Where a product is offered as a recurring subscription, the recurring price and billing frequency will be disclosed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions continue until cancelled.

You may cancel a recurring subscription in accordance with the cancellation method made available through the Platform or by contacting us.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not normally terminate access already paid for before the end of the current billing period.

We may change subscription prices prospectively.

Where a price change affects an existing recurring subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice where required and give you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

We may offer free trials, promotional access or beta versions of products and features.

Trial and beta services may:

• contain incomplete functionality;
• change during the testing period;
• experience interruptions or errors;
• be subject to usage limitations;
• be withdrawn or replaced.

Where a free trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription, the applicable price and conversion date will be disclosed before you enter the trial.

We will not charge a recurring subscription merely because a user participated in a free beta unless the user has separately agreed to the paid subscription.

Prices will be displayed before purchase.

Any applicable taxes or other charges will be shown or handled as required by law.

Payments for TradersGrowth products may be processed by an independent payment provider.

TradersGrowth does not normally receive or store full payment-card details.

You authorise the applicable payment provider to process amounts you have agreed to pay.

If a payment fails, is reversed or remains unpaid, we may suspend access to the relevant paid service until payment is resolved.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or another jurisdiction providing mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights, those statutory rights continue to apply.

EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to exceptions and rules applying to services and digital content.

Where you request immediate access to digital content or a digital service during a statutory withdrawal period, we may ask you to expressly consent to performance beginning immediately and, where applicable, acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal may be affected or lost once performance begins in accordance with applicable law.

Where the law does not provide a right to a refund, payments are normally non-refundable once the relevant service or access has been validly supplied, unless:

• the product-specific terms state otherwise;
• TradersGrowth agrees otherwise;
• the product was not supplied as agreed;
• applicable law requires a refund.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

Where a refund is requested, we may consider:

• the product purchased;
• whether access or performance has begun;
• how much of the service has been supplied;
• the reason for the request;
• any specific refund terms published for the product;
• applicable consumer law.

Where a payment is legitimately disputed, please contact support@tradersgrowth.com so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Fraudulent, abusive or deliberately false chargebacks may result in suspension of the relevant account.

This does not restrict your lawful rights to dispute an unauthorised or incorrect payment.

TradersGrowth may provide Journal, analytics, automated analysis, artificial-intelligence or similar tools.

These tools are intended to help users:

• organise information;
• review trading behaviour;
• identify patterns;
• reflect on decisions;
• support learning.

Outputs may be based on information provided or imported by the user and may contain errors, omissions or incorrect interpretations.

AI-generated or automated outputs should not be treated as:

• investment advice;
• financial advice;
• guaranteed analysis;
• instructions to trade;
• predictions of future profitability.

You remain responsible for reviewing information and making your own decisions.

You retain ownership of original content that you create and submit to TradersGrowth, such as Journal entries, screenshots, notes and other user-created material.

You grant TradersGrowth the limited rights necessary to host, process, display and analyse that content for the purpose of:

• operating the feature you requested;
• providing your account and services;
• maintaining security;
• improving functionality where permitted by our Privacy Policy.

This does not give TradersGrowth ownership of your private Journal or trading records.

We will not treat your private account content as public promotional material merely because you uploaded it to the Platform.

You must have the necessary rights to information or material you upload.

TradersGrowth may display, compare, refer users to or integrate with independent third-party providers such as:

• brokers;
• prop firms;
• trading platforms;
• software and technology providers;
• other trading-related businesses.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, those providers are independent from TradersGrowth.

Their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, rules and regulatory arrangements apply to services they provide.

You should review those terms before opening an account, depositing money or purchasing a third-party service.

TradersGrowth is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts, systems, execution, withdrawals, payouts, account decisions or service performance, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

TradersGrowth may provide comparison, discovery or Marketplace functionality to help users explore products and providers.

The Platform does not necessarily include every provider or product available in the market.

Availability, presentation, filtering, comparisons and recommendations may take into account factors including:

• product characteristics;
• user relevance;
• availability;
• eligibility;
• commercial relationships;
• other criteria used by TradersGrowth.

A provider appearing on TradersGrowth does not mean that it is suitable for every user.

You remain responsible for reviewing the relevant provider before making a decision.

TradersGrowth may receive commercial compensation from some providers.

TradersGrowth operates Affiliate and Partner programmes.

If you were referred to TradersGrowth by an approved Affiliate or Partner, your account may be attributed to that Partner for referral and commission purposes.

The referring Partner may receive commission from commercial activity associated with your relationship with TradersGrowth.

This does not give that Partner access to your private Journal, trades, strategies, private documents or other private Platform information.

Affiliates and businesses participating in the TradersGrowth Partner Programme are additionally governed by our Partner Terms.

Certain TradersGrowth services may use independent communication, community or technology platforms.

When you choose to connect or use an external service, that service may also have its own terms and privacy rules.

We are not responsible for outages or changes to an independent third-party platform that are outside our reasonable control.

The TradersGrowth Platform and its original content, branding, designs, educational material, software, resources, graphics and other intellectual property belong to TradersGrowth or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Your access to TradersGrowth gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

You may not, without permission:

• copy or republish substantial TradersGrowth content;
• commercially redistribute paid content;
• resell account access;
• reproduce educational programmes for commercial purposes;
• copy Signals or Live Trading content into a competing service;
• reproduce or imitate TradersGrowth branding in a misleading way;
• reverse engineer or interfere with Platform software except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Normal sharing of publicly available TradersGrowth content is permitted where the source is appropriately identified and the content is not misleadingly altered.

You must not use TradersGrowth to:

• break applicable law;
• commit or facilitate fraud;
• access accounts or systems without authorisation;
• interfere with Platform security or operation;
• distribute malware or harmful code;
• scrape or systematically extract Platform data without permission;
• harass or abuse other users;
• impersonate another person or business;
• manipulate referrals, promotions or account eligibility;
• misuse private, confidential or proprietary information;
• use the Platform in a manner that materially harms TradersGrowth, its users or third parties.

We may investigate suspected abuse and take reasonable action where necessary.

We aim to keep TradersGrowth available and functioning reliably, but continuous or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Platform may occasionally be affected by:

• maintenance;
• upgrades;
• third-party outages;
• technical problems;
• security incidents;
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify the Platform as the business develops.

We will take reasonable steps to avoid materially reducing a paid service during an already-paid access period without good reason.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

You may stop using TradersGrowth at any time.

You may also cancel recurring services in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• material breach of these Terms;
• fraud or attempted fraud;
• unlawful activity;
• security threats;
• abusive behaviour;
• payment fraud;
• repeated misuse of the Platform;
• sanctions or legal restrictions;
• conduct creating material harm to TradersGrowth, its users or third parties.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we will provide notice or an opportunity to correct a breach before permanent termination.

Immediate suspension may be used where necessary to protect users, the Platform or comply with law.

Termination does not remove rights or obligations that arose before termination.

Trading and investing may result in significant financial loss.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Educational materials, Signals, trade ideas, Live Trading, Journal analytics, indicators, tools or other Platform information cannot eliminate market risk.

You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Our full Trading Risk Disclosure forms an important part of your use of trading-related services and should be read before using those features.

TradersGrowth does not guarantee:

• trading profits;
• investment returns;
• successful Signals;
• account growth;
• successful prop-firm evaluations;
• prop-firm payouts;
• a particular level of learning or performance;
• availability of a particular third-party provider;
• commercial or financial outcomes.

Individual outcomes depend on circumstances outside TradersGrowth’s control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to mandatory consumer law, TradersGrowth will not be responsible for losses arising solely from:

• independent trading decisions made by a user;
• market movements;
• losses incurred through live trading;
• actions or failures of independent brokers, prop firms or other third parties;
• a user’s failure to follow applicable provider terms;
• unauthorised use caused by a user’s failure to protect login credentials;
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

TradersGrowth is not responsible for indirect or consequential commercial losses where exclusion of such losses is permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section affects:

• statutory consumer remedies;
• liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• wilful misconduct;
• death or personal injury where liability cannot legally be excluded;
• any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

If you use TradersGrowth wholly or mainly for business or professional purposes rather than as a consumer, you acknowledge that:

• you are responsible for determining whether the Platform is appropriate for your business;
• no guarantee is made about revenue, conversions or commercial performance;
• any specific commercial partnership may be subject to separate written terms.

Partner Programme participation is governed by the Partner Terms.

Where a separate written commercial agreement exists between TradersGrowth and a business, that agreement prevails over these Terms in relation to the subject it covers.

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may use cookies and similar technologies as described there and through any cookie controls made available on the Platform.

We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary because of:

• changes to the Platform;
• new products or functionality;
• legal or regulatory requirements;
• security requirements;
• changes to commercial operations.

Changes apply prospectively.

Where a change materially affects an existing paid service or materially reduces a user’s contractual rights, we will provide reasonable notice where required.

The current Terms will display the date they were last updated.

Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta.

We encourage users to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any complaint or dispute directly.

If you are acting as a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.

Any jurisdiction provision will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Business users agree that disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta unless separately agreed in writing.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or adjusted only to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable where permitted.

If TradersGrowth does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with any applicable product-specific terms and the legal documents referred to in them, form the agreement governing your use of TradersGrowth.

A separate written agreement may apply where you enter into a specific commercial relationship with TradersGrowth.
