This Privacy Policy explains how TradersGrowth (“TradersGrowth”, “we”, “us”, “our”), collects and uses personal data when you use the TradersGrowth website, platform, services and related programmes (the “Platform”).

This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use, Cookie Settings, Trading Risk Disclosure, Affiliate & Commercial Disclosure and, where applicable, Partner Terms.
1. Personal Data We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use TradersGrowth.
Information you provide
We may collect:
- your name, email address, country and account information;
- information you provide when creating or personalising your Trader Profile;
- information about your trading interests, experience, preferences and goals;
- information you choose to enter, upload or import into TradersGrowth tools, including Journal information, trade-related records and screenshots;
- information submitted when applying for or using services such as Signals, Live Trading, Partner or Affiliate programmes;
- business and contact information submitted in connection with a commercial or partnership enquiry;
- information required to administer referrals, commissions and payouts;
- communications you send to us, including support requests and feedback.
Payment information
Where you purchase a paid product or service, payments are processed through a third-party payment provider.
We may receive information about the transaction, such as the amount, currency, payment status, product purchased, refunds or chargebacks, but we do not normally receive or store your full payment-card details.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Platform, we may collect limited technical and usage information such as:
- IP address;
- browser and device information;
- sign-in and security information;
- pages or features used;
- referral or campaign source;
- information needed to maintain sessions, prevent abuse and operate the Platform.
We may also use analytics technologies to understand how TradersGrowth is used and to improve our services.
2. How We Use Personal Data
We may use personal data to:
- create and manage your account;
- provide the products, services and functionality you request;
- personalise your experience and recommendations;
- process applications and requests for access to specific services;
- operate referral, Affiliate and Partner programmes;
- calculate and administer commissions and payments;
- process purchases, subscriptions, refunds and related transactions;
- provide support and respond to enquiries;
- send service-related communications;
- send marketing communications where permitted;
- maintain security and prevent fraud, abuse and misuse;
- understand and improve the Platform;
- manage commercial relationships;
- maintain appropriate legal, accounting and business records;
- comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We may also use aggregated or anonymised information for analytics, product development and business planning where it no longer identifies an individual.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the EU GDPR or equivalent data protection legislation applies, we process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases.
Contract
Where processing is necessary to provide your account, a product, service, subscription, Affiliate or Partner arrangement, or another feature you request.
Legitimate interests
Where reasonably necessary to operate and improve TradersGrowth, administer referrals and commercial relationships, protect the Platform, prevent fraud and understand how our services are used.
We consider and balance these interests against your privacy rights.
Consent
Where required, including for certain marketing communications and non-essential cookies or similar technologies.
You may withdraw consent at any time.
Legal obligation
Where processing is necessary to meet legal, accounting, tax, regulatory or other statutory requirements.
4. Personalisation
We may use information you provide and your use of TradersGrowth to personalise content, recommendations, onboarding and the Platform experience.
We do not currently use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate safeguards.
5. Affiliates, Partners and Referral Attribution
TradersGrowth operates Affiliate and Partner programmes.
If you reach TradersGrowth through a referral link, code or other approved referral method, we may associate your account with the referring Affiliate or Partner so that we can:
- maintain referral attribution;
- calculate commissions;
- administer Partner relationships;
- prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims.
What Partners may see
Affiliates and Partners do not receive access to private information such as your:
- email address;
- Journal content;
- individual trades or strategies;
- uploaded private documents;
- private account information or communications.
They may receive limited non-identifying commercial information required for referral and commission reporting, such as a Trader ID, referral status, commercial status and commission-related information.
Where available, we may also provide aggregated or non-identifying performance information to selected Partners.
6. Third-Party Providers
TradersGrowth may provide access to or information about third-party products and services, including brokers, prop firms, technology providers and other trading-related services.
If you choose to engage directly with a third-party provider, that provider will generally process the personal data you give them under its own privacy policy.
We may receive limited information from third-party providers where necessary to:
- verify referrals or commercial activity;
- administer a service you requested;
- reconcile payments or commissions;
- manage our commercial relationship with that provider.
We do not give third parties unrestricted access to your TradersGrowth account or private Platform data.
7. Sharing Personal Data
We do not sell personal data.
We may share personal data where reasonably necessary with categories of recipients such as:
- hosting, infrastructure and authentication providers;
- payment processors;
- email, communications and customer-support providers;
- analytics and security providers;
- professional advisers such as accountants and legal advisers;
- commercial providers where necessary to provide a service you have chosen;
- regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies or other authorities where legally required.
We require service providers acting on our behalf to process personal data only for appropriate purposes and subject to applicable safeguards.
If TradersGrowth is reorganised, financed, acquired or sold, relevant information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable data-protection requirements.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
TradersGrowth uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the Platform.
These may include:
- necessary technologies used for authentication, security, sessions and essential preferences;
- referral attribution technologies used to identify referral sources and administer the Partner Programme;
- analytics technologies, where enabled, used to understand Platform usage and improve our services;
- advertising and measurement technologies, where enabled, used to measure the effectiveness of marketing.
Where required by law, non-essential analytics and advertising technologies are not activated until you have made the relevant consent choice.

9. International Transfers
Some of the service providers we use may process personal data outside Malta or the European Economic Area.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, which may include:
- an adequacy decision;
- Standard Contractual Clauses;
- another transfer mechanism permitted under applicable data-protection law.
10. How Long We Keep Personal Data
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and contractual requirements.
Retention periods vary according to the type of information and may include:
- account information for as long as the account remains active and for an appropriate period afterwards;
- payment, commission and transaction records for the period required by accounting, tax or legal obligations;
- commercial and Partner records for as long as reasonably necessary to administer and document the relationship;
- information required for security, fraud prevention or legal claims for an appropriate period;
- uploaded or user-generated information for as long as needed to provide the relevant feature or meet applicable obligations.
When personal data is no longer required, we will delete, anonymise or otherwise securely dispose of it where appropriate.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
Access to personal and commercially sensitive information is restricted according to operational need.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
12. Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:
- access personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion of personal data;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive certain personal data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- object to direct marketing;
- lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by applicable law.

We may ask for information necessary to verify your identity before responding.
Under the GDPR, requests are generally handled without undue delay and normally within one month, subject to permitted extensions for complex requests.
13. Marketing
Where permitted, we may send you information about TradersGrowth products, services, educational content, Platform updates and relevant offers.
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time through the unsubscribe link provided in marketing emails or by contacting us.
Opting out of marketing does not affect essential account, security, payment or service communications.
14. Adults Only
TradersGrowth is intended for users aged 18 or over.
We do not knowingly provide accounts to or intentionally collect personal data from children.
15. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, products and services.
Once you leave TradersGrowth or provide information directly to another provider, that provider’s privacy policy applies to its processing of your personal data.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy where our services, business or legal obligations change.
Where a change materially affects how we process personal data, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users.
The current version will always show the date it was last updated.

A Data Protection Officer has not been appointed unless and until TradersGrowth is legally required to appoint one.
If you believe your personal data has been processed in breach of applicable data-protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
In Malta, the supervisory authority is the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC).
